Hi! I am not an expert but there are possible other options:

I would ask more questions to Dr. Good luck!
thank you , yes he mentioned there high , but no concern , and obvs now im wondering so I will be contacting them , when your the person going through these things , you have to be possitve, but when your the person you do unfortunutly have negative thoughts ,
I know... Drs are very often not very good at explaining things... they just give you a little piece of information and leave you with it... and you have make sense of it.... it is very stressful. I hope his apparent lack of concern is good news!
il let you know , thank you so much for your time, im glad I signed up to this , I can talk to my family and friends which are great support , but people going through the same thing etc, thank you , have a good weekend
Thank you - you too!
My hepatologist explained that it can take quite a while for the alchohol to leave your system. Could be that's all it is.
is it really , bloody hell amazing aint it , thing is , these things cant heal over night etc
No. It can take some time. I was diagnosed with PBC but I was kind of a drinker...a few glasses of wine at night. My illness is auto immune but they are thinking the wine was no help....oddly, my liver enzymes shot way up after 4 month no alchohol! So,weird.
Pam
thank you pam , I don't need to convince anyone im not drinking etc , but yea , like I said even though you can have the best news , its your body etc so you do question it ,, thank you
High ggt is specific to some liver diseases, some meds and other issues.
