I feel so weak!

I feel really weak all them time! & I can"t do much before I feel so weak! & I sweat like mad! It pours for my face!

Oh dear. What have you been diagnosed with? Feeling weak is rubbish anyway without feeling sweaty too.....x

Nash & Liver Adomas. Plus I am diabetic Type 2

I have tumours on my liver too, Liver Cirrhosis, portal vein thrombosis & blood cancer. No diabetes though, you just have to do all you can to stay healthy & positive. Working helps me stay focused and not think about things. Also making sure I eat as well as possible & get fresh air....I hope you start to feel better soon x

I suffered terribly from tiredness all the time before my diagnosis of cirrhosis. I've found that eating small amounts every two hours throughout day has made so much difference. I eat according to nhs guidelines for everything except protein. For protein I follow the liver trusts recommendations of 1 to 1.2 grams for each kg of my weight.

I can't explain why but my tiredness is almost gone. Unless I forget to eat on time.
