Hi, I'm like that most of the time. Unfortunately this is part of some illnesses, I combat this by stopping and having a short rest a couple of times during the day.

Yes, I feel like this all the time. I think it's cos I have Nash and fibromyalgia so only get an hour's sleep at most. Please take care. Lots of love Lynne

Hi, don't let it get you down. A little rest , maybe a chat to someone may help.

I get days like this and other days I'm full of energy. One thing I've had to accept is it's out of my control. No matter how much sleep I get I can still have no energy. One thing that's helped is cutting out meat and dairy. Drinking lots of water. Taking vitamins & milk thistle.

Milk thistle is not recommended by any consultant so don't take also don't take any vitamins without informing hospital if you have cirrhosis they are not going to help tiredness is part and parcel of an awful illness sorry to say x

Your gp is just general he won't know the adverse effects. If your not happy with your consultant it's your right to ask to see a different one ☺

Thanks :) My GP tells me more about my liver diease than My consultant! It was him who explained about LIver pain, the tumors I have ect. I ask my consultant & he just says I am being silly, nothing to worry about & if I lose weight it will all go away! Well I have been losing weight & it hasn"t gone away! I am gonna ask my GP about seeing a different one! I have my mri months after my consult & I am told by his seceraty the results! She is really nice :) But I want to hear it from a DR! They sent me a letter with the results but I don"t understand it all & have to ask my GP! I have told him I can"t torate oral iron & needed infustions & he moans about giving me one, I have to keep calling & chase it up! my Iron is low all the time! even other counsultants I have seen say my low iron will make other conditions worse & have said so in letters to GP, GP is good & keeps an eye on things & contacts him to arrage an infustion, The last time it took a month for him to sort it! A heavy period inbeteewn! & me calling at least once a week, to find out what was going on! I am so fed up with it! I am seeing GP at the end of the month so Am defo gonna ask to see some else!
