Side effects from my alcoholism and Hep B

I have had a liver biopsy early sept, after years of heavy drinking and recently been told I have Hep B .the results came back with no scarring but inflammation of the liver cells, does this mean I have no cirrhosis of the liver and its the Hep B that's causing the damage? I also feel physically drained and have lapses of memory and have had psychotic episodes when drinking wondering if these can reappear after finding my self talking to someone and having a response when there is nobody there, along with the fatigue and bad joints this is very worrying for me. Can all of this be related to my alcoholism and Hep B, I have been alcohol free for 14 months now.

No treatment as yet although a letter from the consultant implies treatment as in a tablet a day long term, i think this could be some sort of auto immune or anti viral drug , but envisage more side effects from these as well.
