Cheryl81..Hi..I am always tired. I force myself to get outside and walk. I am waking up every 2 hrs to urinate. Also i have changed my diet to all healthy foods. Not sure what you have? I have Cirrhosis it takes all my energy! I pray someone on here can help you!

Hi

I know how you feel really tiredness. I only get about an hour's sleep per night. Listen to your body, if you need a nap then go for one. I do part time now as I physically couldn't do full time cos I'm so tired. Hope you get sorted very soon. Please take care. Lots of love Lynne xxxx

I have cirrhosis due to hepatitis C took the Medication as of right the virus is undetectable. I get very exhausted consistently I have changed my diet and the same as others, I eat small amounts of whatever four or five times a day and try to stop all fluids as early as possible in case I get to sleep I don't want to get up and down all night. I found Benzodiazepine help relax me and a Antihistamine like hydroxyzine to help with itching also will cause drowsiness, Now I might take these pills at 6pm and not get to sleep until after midnight. I also take escitalopram sometimes just to get going in the mornings. I nap whenever the need hits me I think you have to listen to your body if says sleep then I sleep, I have actually slept longer and deeper while " Napping" good luck

I understand, I take my evening pills and hope for the best, it is kind of like rolling dice I never get the same result . So I just went to the liver specialist due to my lack of breathing the first thing she said is I need to loose weight again last year or so ( my he is acting up and I am waiting patiently for the medication to arrive, so I don't remember exactly the date ) but I lost 65 lbs and gained 45lbs back in 4 months on the same diet. Her decision is to retest everything the hepatitis C and the liver as if it is day one again to reevaluate my conditions because something isn't right that's blood work MRI ultrasound etc... then make a plan to attack whatever is going on. Through this I am hoping to get new medication for pain an to sleep consistently. If I do I will tell everyone. Good luck try and stay positive .

Didtx Thank you so much for your reply! I do take a xanax and believe me i am still up every 2 hours. The only good thing about it..I have much swelling in my lower legs at the end of the day. In the morning all the swelling is gone. Wondering if that's how i am realising all the water weight? Just a thought.

Hope you all feel better very soon

I take fexofenadine for itching CV and it really helps

Just wish I could get rid of pain and be able to sleep!!! I know there are people who feel worse than me so I've got to keep smiling!! Love to you all Lynne xxxx
