I understand that for most people they feel it's impossible to stop drinking it's not going to be easy. But You have to stop all alcohol, don't try it alone get professional help as soon as possible once you do your body can begin healing.

Good luck

Please get help. I have a friend in recovery 16 weeks now without a drink and he feels fabulous. And he used to drink at least a bottle of jack Daniels a!day - that being a normal day, let alone if he socialised. He says the support is vital from professionals, friends and even virtual friends on the internet who he's never met but reinforce the positivity to him every day. His wife left him because of his drinking and now she's back. He has drank every day for 40 years. It is difficult but not impossible. Good luck. You will feel so much better.
