Blood test level

Hi all can anyone tell if my blood levels ok

I have p b c

bilirubin of 23 gamma -GT OF 33

alkaline phosphatase of 105 and albumin of 37 with an alpha - feta protein of less than 2

The ALP doesn't look too bad about the upper range of normal, (I think). Do you have the reference ranges and also are you on Urso?

Agree with Jean all look fine. ALP a little toward the upper level but within range. Its useful to keep back copies of blood results so that rather than look at one set in isolation you can track the history and see which go up, which go down and which stay stable over the longer term.

As you have had pbc for a while (posts on here go back 2 years) assume you have to go to the GP for check-ups and to a specialist clinic regularly? I would suggest that as from now you ask for copies of your blood test results (in fact I would ask for copies of ALL results, any imaging etc etc). Its your body, your illness and the best patient in my view is one who is educated about their health and understands not only their treatment but what their treatment is trying to achieve. Be an active not a passive partner with your doctors in your treatment and be pleasantly assertive in asking to see copies of your test results. Good luck
