I went to get blood done for Fibrotest, and it showed that I have high haptoglobin (2.55, range .30 to 2.0)
The test came out .06 or no fibrosis but I'm wonder if A) The high haptoglobin means anything and B) If this means I have to retest when it's back down to normal

Unfortunately without a few more details these tests results alone do not tell me much.
Did you have any other tests, were these results 'normal'?
Having a slightly high haptoglobin level is not dangerous by its self, and with all liver related tests can by influenced by other things going on in the body, such as an infection, so can go up and down. A low hepatoglobin level, can be an indication of liver disease.
I you are worried by your results I would suggest asking your doctor to talk through and explain them to you, also this will help you to understand if any further tests need to be done.
