seriously thinking about buying one of the treadmills would like one which isn’t going to fall apart after a week or have a belt that’s not up to the job. If anyone can recommend one that’s good quality ideally with a screen I’d appreciate it?. Thanks .
can someone recommend a Treadmill - Bridge to 10K
can someone recommend a Treadmill
We don't have a lot of room for one of those all singing & dancing treadmills, so I went for a cheap & compact model: amazon.co.uk/dp/B08X6KQJXG?...
I bought it in April of 2023 and it is still going strong. I completed C25K on it and still use it regularly (especially in this weather!).
It's fine with walking/jogging, but if you are looking for something to sprint on I would go find something a little more substantial.
Mine was a JTX ..not the cheapest, but totally reliable and fit for purpose.

There are loads of great deals on many other makes too. But my advice, buy the best that your budget allows.
I’ve gone for one of those slimline models , is that the same as yours haven’t got room for one of those bigger ones. I went out running today and nearly slipped at least 5 times on the frosty surfaces just isn’t worth the risk I think. Thanks for that advice and thanks to everyone
Oldfloss could I ask how you use Nike Run Club with the JTX slimline is there something I need to buy because I won’t be actually moving over distance physically how will the app know I’m actually running?.
I have not used the app with a TM as I said in your TM post.. I sold mine... although a new on is ordered! Mr OF and I need the extra support !
But... here you go.

Thank you very much for your valued advice appreciated I’ve got the TM now bigger than I expected though and quite heavy. Had to put it in the living room on the back wall for now seems a good but basic piece of kit. Suitable to my current level - I mean who can run 16km per hour after 10 weeks at this !.
branxfitness.co.uk/treadmil... I can highly recommend Branx , I got the Elite Runner Pro in 2021. Has worked flawlessly and is easy to fold and unfold. I am a big guy so needed the extra weight capacity but they have cheaper options depending on what you need. They will assemble it for you as well if you want.
I bought a Viavito treadmill from Sweatband during covid. It is a foldable one though I've never had to fold it due to having the room, use it three times a week and never had any problems. Lots of different features. Easy to assemble sweatband.com/products/viav...
