I've posted this over on C25K too. But what really caught my eye was the nifty 'hole in toe' repair patch as I know quite a few of us, including me, have experienced this premature death to shoes.

(Also loved the last suggestion on the list)

I am also a fan of the last item as a post run treat! Love a browse at kit. It always intrigues me that trainers make it on to “buy this as a gift” list. I can’t imagine trying to choose trainers for someone else. How do you get the right size? I’m between a 5.5 and 7.5 depending on the brand. Not that I’d say no to new shoes as a gift!!

I think it is for people who don't do surprises (or not for this sort of thing anyway!) I've certainly been asked for contributions to running shoes and I know my brother has got himself shoes that have come out of my mother's funds, by way of a Christmas or birthday gift (and boy has he earned them...)

What a wonderful list…although I have lots of those things already! I would definitely like the big toe armour patches though!! Thank you for posting.🙂
