Nice steady run down by the canal at Slaithwaite Huddersfield and I like to say thank you whoever said do the half marathon programme first because that's what we've decided to do absolutely makes sense

Cmoi and T66 - What was the reasoning for that recommendation? I'm having trouble navigating the site with this handle, too.

I'm a canal runner, too.

I was doing the Marathon training on the NRC but it was moving up to quickly with the long runs so I'm doing the half marathon training first instead that Cmoi recommended
