Just popping this here, in the event of anyone, not receiving notifications from the forums.

I was in touch with HU a while ago after some folk had been having trouble. They suggested it was an issue with the user and their phone settings.

Thanks to Dexy5 who, after some issues recently, contacted HU again and they responded.

"They ( HU) confirmed that my email provider had switched off emails from HU for some reason. The way to cure it was by adding this address to my contacts:

[e-mail]

So... if anyone feels they are not getting notifications or replies to posts... this may be useful

I’ve added HU to my contacts. I do get notifications, but they still come into my Junk folder instead of my Inbox. I’ve just got used to checking and marking as “not Junk” 🤷‍♀️
