Lovely comeback run with CB

Decided I needed a bit coaching today and picked a 15 minute run with CB. It was warm and windy but I really enjoyed the run. First 15 minutes of running without walking for a while with no ill effects so far. Yay 😀

Good ol' CB! That run is a lovely gentle start back for you. Onwards and upwards 😁
