I can’t remember who told me about the Runners world podcast and the episode with Susie Chan but it was really informative and has changed my thinking.
Basically I’ve ignored length and speed and just enjoyed the terrain and it’s working!!
Runners world also had a podcast ‘How I went from couch to Round Bob Graham’ also an interesting listen.
Meanwhile been out discovering a new route today and would you believe the sun is out !!!!

Fantastic! I think that was me…I really enjoyed it when I listened and it had exactly the same effect on me. I’ve got the Bob Graham round one saved for my next long run!
