Decided not to run outside this morning as there was heavy rain 💧💧💧. About 10 the other half said he was going to gym so I went too. I’ve not run on a treadmill for ages but when I got there I thought I’d give it a go. So completed W5R3 again which was so good for me. Will take grand daughter out for a little trot in the morning if she wants to go. She’s got a dance show in the after noon so might decide not to go out but we’ll see. Happy running everyone.
