I wanted to do 10k again but it felt a lot tougher than before, hoping in the next few runs my legs and stamina return to normal before I had this virus
If it felt like a struggle, then maybe, because that virus has taken its toll, ease back a tad. Important now... as take it gently and do try to ,make sure that you are getting your regular core strength and stamina exercise on some of those rest days.
Our running body needs gently of tlc and support to keep up with the legs
