So just done my 3k to start 1st run of week 3 bridge to 10k and found it bloody hard because firstly I didn’t want to run this morning so that negative seed was already planted 😂
I ran 7k on Saturday so still sore from that. Here’s hoping for a better run on Wednesday xx

Good to know, Megzy. I ran the 7K on Saturday as well and for the first time since I started running on a regular basis, I felt still feel) the impact on my knees despite the stretches and the fact I didn't run fast (one of my slowest runs). I was about to head for the 3,5k this afternoon. Will take it very gently then, no alternates.
