I did my first 10k today! 1hr and 8mins 🎉

I’d been feeling a bit slow and unmotivated after a knee twinge knocked me off course.

I left this morning with the intention of doing 5k but I just kept going and when I got to 8k I knew I could manage it.

one month short of 3 years since I started couch to 5k I took park in a 10k event! I can’t wait to see where this leads to next… I’ve entered the London marathon ballot but I think most of us on here have too!
