Well after a long hard winter of minor niggling injuries and illnesses I finally ran for about 20 minutes non stop this morning. I decided not to use W5R3 as I didn’t want to add any pressure or subsequent disappointment.

so I went back to my first running route as I had an idea of where 20 minutes would be and off I went. It felt great with no niggles at all. At long last I feel that I’m back out there running again.

Happy running everyone and heal quickly anyone on the IC πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸƒβ€β™€οΈ

That first 20 minute run again after a period on the IC is such a joy. Although if you’re anything like me you spend most of it asking lots of questions, β€œdoes that hurt? Is that ok? Is that normal? Should I stop now?” πŸ˜‚

But it sounds as if yours went like a dream and you can now build back again. Wheeeee πŸ€—

similar experience Scruff. 3 month break but so happy to start running again - just running freely for about 20-25 mins so no stress. Hurrah…!

So am I. 🀣🀣🀣 it feels like forever since in enjoyed a run but I’m back now so all good. Just taking it slowly though so will stick with 20 minutes of running for a bit before I try to get back to 30 minutes.

I've found if I can run for 20 minutes I feel like I've had a run, and taking it slowly is the best way
