Well after a long hard winter of minor niggling injuries and illnesses I finally ran for about 20 minutes non stop this morning. I decided not to use W5R3 as I didnβt want to add any pressure or subsequent disappointment.
so I went back to my first running route as I had an idea of where 20 minutes would be and off I went. It felt great with no niggles at all. At long last I feel that Iβm back out there running again.
