A funky fartlek

My last 3 runs have all been about 30/32 minutes so decided to mix it up a bit this morning. Had a flick through the NRC app and settled on the funky fartlek run!! It was lots of fun 😁 20 minutes of literally not knowing what was coming next... would highly recommend it!
