What a day. Haven't run for 5 days with my working week being so full on and tiring. Keen to run today though and having to face up to the idea that this is going to be the weather in Scotland for most of November and beyond. Makes everything so peaceful though. The Clyde very swollen but mercifully not anywhere near its banks so a fantastic run along the pathway. Not going to take coach Bennet's advice on the fun of puddles until I've bought some waterproof running shoes. My feet still haven't warmed up 🥶 Any recommendations for all weather running shoes and gear welcome. I'm eying up a pair of waterproof On Cloud 5's and having a nice hot cup of tea 😁 🫖 ☕️

What lovely photos you've shared, thank you, good to know you got out. Can't help with the shoes, my feet just get wet

I’ve come to quite like the wet feet thing although yesterday I was ankle deep which was a bit disconcerting. I think the puddles have damaged the tarmac🤣
