Just a short speed run before breakfast. Only got walking leg with me on holibobs, boy does it feel clunky compared to sport leg. But never mind.

You still managed a good pace on the run sections in spite of the clunky leg! The training is definitely working.. hope you and A are having a lovely break in Eastbourne.
