I don't watch much TV, mostly just Scandinavian thrillers ( subtitled). I do however have a guilty pleasure; I absolutely love Coronation Street π. One of the characters,Paul, suffers from motor neurone disease, and I have posted previously about how he's given me inspiration. This morning, with Paul, and anyone who can't exercise, in mind I completed another not Parkrun. I also met my distance target for the month! We're all so lucky to be able to do this. Forget your distance, forget your time, just be grateful for being able to get out there and enjoy it β€οΈ

You're so right. It's easy to take our running, our mobility, our abilities, for granted.Sometimes I just try and memorise how it feels when everything is working and pain free. I store it in my mind for when I'm old and frail so I can look back and appreciate it.

ππ€ It is wonderful to just be out there, enjoying the run because we can!! I love your idea too of being grateful & thinking about those who canβt run at the moment for whatever reason! X
