Hey Everyone

I've been on a run today! A proper run, I was with a friend and we ran 4k I'm so happy.

It should be my 10k in September but I contacted them and I'm doing the 3k fun run instead.

Since my Cardiac Arrest in March I've not ran any distance, I've walked a parkrun but not ran

I'm very happy.
