Two options-either choose three runs a week and skip with other two or make a week last longer than a week! There’s no need to do five runs a week and keeping rest days is a really sensible plan. I haven’t done that plan but I’ve done their half marathon plan a few times doing a mix of the above adaptations. It’s really flexible-just play with it to make it work for you.
Just tweak it to suit yourself...as MissUnderstanding says, you may adapt it to suit yourself.. I have done plans, but always tweaked and always taken rest days... ju-ju- s Magic 10 plan is a great one too
I'm doing that plan too. I started 10 July and have done all the runs up to today when I did week 4 run 3. (Six weeks later!) I wasn't sure how to squeeze in 5 runs on non-consecutive days into one week either! But this works for me. Also if I need to take an extra rest day here and there, I'm ok with that.
