Today was the first day in a new week on the plan .
The weeks runs can be done in any order however I try and structure them the best I can and seeing as the last run from the previous week was an Intervals run then I decided on one of the longer recovery runs today .
It also takes me a couple of days longer to get the weeks runs in but I'm not stressing about that !
There is no rush.
One of the recovery runs is just 15 minutes but I like to save that for after the long run .
It looked dry and bright here this morning with a forecast temp of 10 degrees so couldn't decide if to go with t-shirt or vest π€
When I went downstairs to make a cuppa I stuck my head out of the door and felt quite a cool breeze so decided on the t-shirt (And shorts)
This was another mindfulness run with Andy P from Headspace.
It was a relaxed run without any issues which is always nice so nothing much to report.
Just a comfortable relaxed run , with VO2MAX and fitness age staying as was !
They may well drop on the long run !
However, they actually stayed the same following my 8 Mile run π€
Who knows !
So, back home for porridge and Misty is demanding a second breakfast!!
