I've posted this on the c25k forum but thought I'd post here too if that's ok as most of this is post wk9 run 3 plans....
So, here I am, 1 run away from graduating... for the 4th time, could be the 5th, I've lost count 🙈 for me this is when the hard work begins! Apart from the first time graduated, when I went all the way to 10k, I get to graduation and just stop. This time feels different to the last few, I'm thinking about running, planning running, missing running on those non-run days. I've also started James Dunne's 30 day strength challenge, only for non-run days. I think my plan of attack needs to be to have a plan! I love the structure of a target and a goal. So at the moment my plan is.. do wk 9 run 3, 3 weeks consolidation which I'm currently thinking might just be 30 minute runs to keep building my stamina, and then I think I'm going to start Ju-Ju's plan, the time version to 60 minutes, giving me the chance to then progress on to the 10k plan and therefore lots of structure to follow. The plan may change... watch this space... but I've recognised the importance of having a plan!

Well done for getting this far! There are a good number of us repeating Couch to 5K for various reasons, myself included.
From what you say in your post, graduation is the danger time for you! It sounds like you need the structure of a plan to keep your interest and it seems like JuJu’s magic plan might be ideal for you. There are also various challenges on here that will hold your interest. Think about running somewhere new. There’s Parkrun - running clubs. I’ve just joined a low key running group and I love it. I run with them once a week, it’s just a 35 minute run but it’s great to do it with others.
You’ll find lots of support here on the Bridge as you work towards 60 minutes and 10K. Great that you’re also doing a strength challenge, there is also a Strength and Flex forum on here. I don’t know how to post a link.
Good luck with whatever you decide to do and don’t forget to post how you’re getting on!
Thanks Jools2020 definitely need that plan in place... I think I have one for now and have no problem being flexible just as long as there is a plan.
Your running club sounds really good. I don't think there's anything like that round here but I've read a couple of your recent posts and sounds like you're really enjoying it 😊
Totally get that!! I drift if I don't have "a plan" and it's surprising how quickly a few days without running starts to feel normal. Good luck with the plans - trying to decide on my next plan as I type.
Oooo hope you manage to settle on one... I don't mind being flexible with my plan, and making changes if necessary, I just need some structure! And I agree.. it seems so easy to get in to a habit of not running... determined not to let that happen this time!!
Wahooooooo! Great to see your name pop back up. It's so lovely having you back 😊 I'm glad you're motivated again and have some ideas about a plan that will keep you out there 😀 Keep going and we'll keep cheering 👏👏👏
