Did you recently sign up or have you been signed up for a while?

Just asking out of curiosity because your number starts with A6 and my barcode number starts with A69, and I signed up over two years ago.

I went for black for my wristband. I've never used it so far. I carry the small plastic barcode card in a pocket, but usually use the Garmin parkrun barcode app on my watch.

My barcode starts A686, I signed up bit working 2 Saturdays a month meant I never got myself up and out early enough on the other two

My first printed crinkly barcode disintegrated about the time I ran 23 parkruns, that's why I got a lovely purple wristband barcode on running my 25th parkrun.

The 25, 50, 100, 250 and 500 milestone T Shirts are not free but will be given to runners who have completed those milestone parkruns, 25 is purple, 50 is red 100 is black, however, the colour of the T Shirt for beginners is apricot which you can buy before your first parkrun.

Mostly I run my local parkruns in my usual black kit. I have worn my red 50 tee shirt when visiting new places. It shows the marshals that I'm probably familiar with the rules and routines at parkrun.

The colours: 25 is purple, 50 is red, 100 is black, 250 is green, 500 is royal blue.

They're usually £18 (inc. P&P), but you only get the magic link to be able to buy them once you've passed that milestone.

That’s lovely and you’ll wear it with pride. Parkrun was the highlight of my week for 4 years and I do miss it. I’ve been thinking about running one again in the autumn/winter months when training isn’t so intense.

Snazzy SAR. Lovely colour. 😍 I have a very faded pink one and a blue “Back Together” one from after the Covid break. I love these wristbands and wish more people would use them. Trying to scan sweaty crinkled paper barcodes isn’t my favourite, nor are the shoelace ones when the wearer won’t lift their foot for you and you have to stoop. 🙄

Enjoy Saturday. Being a nutter I would have joined you (I love driving), but I simply don’t have time as I need to be home by 3pm. 😩

I got an orange wristband so it is easy to find in my drawer. I thought it might be easy to find if it fell off but it has never happened. I think they could make them a bit bigger though.
