well UpTheStanley is wearing his red shirt (and brumhilde) for the last time next Saturday as he does his 100th parkrun , so we’ll be wearing milestone T-shirts too. So you can wear yours instead of apricot if you like.

Great personalised top and medal Sandie. Good time too. I have just come back from my first post physio 5k and was pleased with 32:19, although I was supposed to be taking it easy. So I think the squad of 2018 is all fit and raring to go for 2020. Watch out world, here we come!! 😊

Sadly mine was a virtual run, rather than with other people, but I did see quite a few runners and cyclists working off the turkey 🦃
