JUNE BADGES…HAVE YOU RUN 10k? Or 60 MINUTES? 🥇

Hi everyone…

MC here…

due to unforeseen events I am taking over the badges post for June… 👋🏻

Well…if you have run your first 10k…or kept on running for a whole 60 minutes I have a shiny new badge to pin on for you…HUGE congratulations, which ever you have completed, we’re extremely proud of you and I cannot WAIT to award you your virtual badge!

June has, so far, been a warm one…and the forecast is looking good so I am planning to run my runs when the birds a waking up…and before that lovely sunshine warms up the air!

I would love to hear all about you 10k/60 min run…so if you have time you could tell us all about it? Or just leave a comment below and I’ll get that badge to you asap! I know, just like your c25k graduate badge, how important it is!

it was cloudy here yesterday…and it never budged so it was cool all day…this morning the cloud isn’t as heavy so that sun should be shining through shortly ☀️

Hello Mummycav. I've just got back from my first 10k! Woohoo! It's taken 13 months to get here from the start of C25K, but luckily I'm not in a rush! I'm going to reward myself with a lovely Garmin watch x

I’ve got the Vivoactive music…

My daughter got an Apple Watch for Christmas but she wasn’t bothered about it so I said I would give her the money and keep it for myself..I wore it for a couple of weeks on and off and all I could see was my poor Garmin sat on the worktop redundant…it made me so sad…we’re like a partnership & I felt like I’d just pushed it to one side..didn’t last long…my Garmin is never off my wrist again…along with the shoes that I have that is my favourite piece of kit 😉

Hello, I have just completed Bridge to 10km and run my first 10km and it took 1 hour, 11minutes and 24 seconds. I’m very happy to have completed the programme and am grateful for the support and encouragement I’ve received here. It’s taken me from 28th December 2022 to today to do the C25K and the complete the Bridge to 10km. I can’t quite believe that this has been achievable in 6 months and further still that I’m enjoying it. Just WOW!

Hi MC , Today I completed Wk 8 run 3 , 60min run on Ju Ju magic 10k plan , yippee 🎉🥳 please could I have my badge , I’ve came so far after a challenge from my sister to do C25K , Im not sure what’s next on the agenda , will have a look at NRC 😁😁🐈🐈
