40 min Jeffing run

I’ve really fallen for the jeffing technique. It was a solution as I wanted to take it easy on my solear muscles (recent niggles), but the 1/1 min jeffing leaves me feeling great!

Well done you... I have been using Jeffing for quite a few runs coming back from my back injury. It can be so, so helpful. What a beautiful run location too!
