The comeback is on!

Following 6 months of 'life's challenges' running has been a bit hit and miss with only one or two runs a week at best. I'm hopefully now in a position to get back on it and last week was the 'back in a routine' week with 3 x3k completed. The aim is to build back fitness and work up to a steady 5k so his morning's run was 3.5k slightly faster than last week's pace. I'm happy with that and it feels good to be back in control. Happy running everyone. πŸ˜€

I love a cunning plan, the hard bit is keeping to it!

I’m pretty much exactly where you are with frequent running having been derailed and a new routine just getting going. I was doing quite well but we are on holiday in the states now and I haven’t quite worked out how to get the runs in!

Well, I'm impressed that you're even thinking about it whilst you are on holiday! Great if you can but you know you will be back on it when you get home. Enjoy your trip πŸ˜€
