Following 6 months of 'life's challenges' running has been a bit hit and miss with only one or two runs a week at best. I'm hopefully now in a position to get back on it and last week was the 'back in a routine' week with 3 x3k completed. The aim is to build back fitness and work up to a steady 5k so his morning's run was 3.5k slightly faster than last week's pace. I'm happy with that and it feels good to be back in control. Happy running everyone. π

Iβm pretty much exactly where you are with frequent running having been derailed and a new routine just getting going. I was doing quite well but we are on holiday in the states now and I havenβt quite worked out how to get the runs in!
