We’ll after Thursdays run I was a bit cautious today but decided to try out my heel. I’d been doing gentle exercises to try to relax my tendons and had used some brufen gel to reduce any swelling or inflammation. So all felt ok. I went off slowly for my warm up walk and then set off at a slow pace. I ran with CB which helped me to keep my pace steady and although I was aware of my heel it wasn’t painful like my last run so I managed a 25 minute run and now all feels ok after my usual stretches etc. 🤞for my next run 🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️

It’s so hard when you’re worried about pain coming back if you over do it. Really great run for you. Long may the recovery continue! 🏃♀️💪❤️
