bala park run it was beautiful ran by the river dee on the edge of snowdonia wales

Bala is known as being a good one for getting a PB. That's why they have the bell.

I was talking to a few locals at Pwllheli on Saturday, comparing the various parkruns in NW Wales.

Bala's course is flat and has a recently laid surface. It was closed for most of last year due to building work.

interesting loved it i live in a city (canterbury) so nice to run in bala wish i lived nearer that would be my new route
