Good luck Paul. Treat it as as the fun run it’s meant to be and you’ll enjoy it more. Let us know how you get on.

Good luck Paul, hope all goes well. I'm sure it will, you already seem quite near doing your 10k from what I read . . .

Hope you enjoy it Paul - quite a different experience running as part of a group but rewarding for me

Hi JonathanP, depending on weather we may be at lakeside tomorrow. I don’t seem to be able to private message you. If you can private message me, I’ll get in touch if we are there. 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

Do you mean tomorrow or next week for parkrun Paul? You’ll love parkrun and you’ll do well, but if you’re planning on doing your 10k this Sunday, that’s a lot of running if you’re running tomorrow too. Don’t mean to nag, but it would be awful to pick up an injury. 😀

I agree with Cheeky though, not recommended to do parkrun tomorrow if you are doing 10k Sunday, save your body.
