I took an annual leave day today and spent a very enjoyable 5k on my routes. Rowing and Pilates planned for later today!

I’ve been for a snowy run/walk over the hills. Cold but beautiful. Here’s hoping that this next year is one where more women feel safe and empowered to get active in whatever way brings them joy.
