I wasn't expecting that!

I did a 5k run this morning, it was breezy and felt as though it was mostly in my face even when I changed direction! So I was surprised when I got home and checked my times (I'm still trying for 30 minutes) to see that although I hadn't got a 30 minute run I'd got a PB . Actually I'd got 4. Now that was a surprise

That a fantastic achievement 🙌🏼🏃‍♀️👍🏼. Haven’t been able to run for a while mainly down to the fact I find it difficult running when it’s humid. Don’t do early mornings either so will have to wait for the cooler weather to return! Enjoy the rest of the weekend 😘

Thank you. All my running is done early and I've had some really hard slow runs when we had that heatwave. I like to get out when there's very few people or traffic about, they just get in the way 😂
