Hello Fellow Questers...
I thought I would make this a long week to take us up to next weekend.
I am not sure how many days folk may be able to quest with all the festive frolics happening
My Quest came to a a bit of an abrupt end as many of you know.. I am into the fifth day of Covid and Mr OF tested positive yesterday... so in true Oldfloss fashion, I shall begin with a song/rhyme..
To the tune of All I want for Christmas

I don't want a lot for Christmas
There is just this one thing here,
I don't care about the presents underneath the Christmas tree.
I just want to do a test,
Just want it to be the best.
All I want for Christmas is CLEAR!

My goal for this last week, is just to rest up and get better
BUT:
I have been reading many of your posts again, a tad more time to do so, this week, and you ARE still running and reaching some of your Quest goals.
Some folk have had setbacks from illness to injury but again, the good news too is that if you are not able to run you are being sensible and not giving yourselves a hard time!
PLEASE, do let us all know how your Questing is going
If you are a newcomer to Quest, you will find so much unbelievable support here, from our running friends, all at different stages and all hoping to fulfil different targets.
It's the last of the DECEMBER Quest- so, do, please, feel free to join in with the fun, even if it is just to say how your running has gone these last weeks
What is the Quest?
The aim of the Quest is to help you find a focus or goal that you would like to achieve by the end of the Quest period.
The Quest takes one calendar month. You can join at any point during that time.
I ask that you are a C25K Graduate before joining the Quest. The reason for this is that pre-graduation your week is very much structured according to the C25K programme, and I wouldn't want the Quest to interfere with that.
Most popular goals are:
★ To run three times a week
★ To slowly increase distance
★ To train for a specific race
★ To add Stretch and Strength exercises to your weekly routine
This is a personal challenge, so it's completely up to you! If you want to join, all you have to do is comment below with something like:
