Haven't ran for nearly 6 weeks but had to get out today in memory or Tim as he was such an inspiration and support to us all.

I managed to miss the worst of the rain and managed to run a very slow 3k. I am sure Tim would have approved.

I'm sure he would! Getting out of that door in the rain ended up being a joy, rather than an ordeal.
