Thanks everyone for the really supportive comments, they help me a great deal.
Building on getting back into regular running, I got out again yesterday and managed a slowish but fairly comfortable 22 minute run - I had intended doing 20 minutes but felt able to keep going, so I did!
Planning to do a park run with my older sister in a few weeks time, when we are in the north together, so that’s a good goal to work towards. Hopefully I’ll be able to keep running for somewhere between 25-28 mins by then, as I work my way towards my goal of completing a ‘fully run’ park run 😁
