Nice little 2miler today.

up and out early weather just right cool and no wind or rain. Short warmup walk then off I ran up the little hill at the start and then along my usual route. I felt good so decided to add a bit on by turning right at the top of the hill and then cutting back to my main route again. Still feeling good so went past my roadend and carried on to 2 miles. Then short walk home. Could feel my hip again but not too badly 🤞it’s ok later. It’s good to be back out doing runs again even short runs
