5weeks ago I managed to once again do the park run without walking was I pleased elated was the feeling, I'm back I thought.

The following week was carnival so no pr but continued with the once a week running club, no problem. I was doing to short runs a week also. Then i did a mile run for the disabled organisation had to walk a little the pain in my calves ouch. Well since then I cant seem to do a full 5k for the terrible pain in my calves, I do 10 mins dynamic stretches before hand, I dont know what's going on, I'm still persevering though not one to give up.

Reading earlier on someone else's post about CB and the NRC app gave me food for thought. I may just download this app if I know how to do it and get the right one( me and tech dont get on )

The good news however is that for the 3rd time we have sold our bungalow and bought a house, hopefully this time things will go smoothly and ince again I will be packing boxes x

Oh that’s so annoying when you get the distance then can’t seem to do it any more, do you stretch afterwards? do download the Nike Run Club app, it’s such fun to have a coach chatting to you as you run and to build up there’s loads of 20 minute runs, I did some of those a while back and ran one every day for a while, they got easier too, not i’m slowly following a half marathon plan but no very long runs yet Good luck with your move too
