Oldfloss just seen your post from a month ago! I haven't been active on here for a long long time, but was so happy to see that Stafford Park run photo! I'm still in contact with Jay every now and again .... he's doing OK 👍🏼 Anyone heard from Runningroni ? Hi to TailChaser and the rest of the feline family 👋 Once again, trying to restart and put one foot in front of another 😊 Hope all runny folk are well xxx

Hello you. My running is infrequent and definitely nothing to write home about. I might go a month between runs . I blame Stanley dog, he requires some serious walking and a women of my age only has so much fuel in the tank. However if you are back it might spur me on.

Loading the theme tune to Black beauty and will head out in the morning.

Running not quite the same without a crazy mate.

I went to Dunfermline parkrun this morning, it was a double celebration, the parkruns 7th birthday and my 50th parkrun, 28 of which were run at Dunfermline, the run was very good, not a PB at 33:09 but a nice run on a cloudy but dry day, after the run I ate a cup cake which was baked by the RD, also I had a small piece of birthday cake, yummy 😋.
