First week of the 7weeks plan completed :)

Planning to get the 10mile badge in 7weeks :)

Noticing my HR is higher even though my pace is slower compared to two weeks ago. I wasn"t running fast previously either, but this week I went a bit more slower to ease back into running.

Looking forward to the 12k long run next week :)

I was hoping for 15k this morning but backache put paid to that ! 😐

Good luck with the rest of your plan 👍
