3rd Runniversary with Funky Fartleks🤣🤣🤣🤣

Well today it’s 3 years since I started C25k So I thought I’d celebrate 🎉 with a Funky Fartlek run. O my I am shattered it was fun but it was also hard. I have used JogRunSprint before but this was much harder🤣🤣🤣 but it was fun too. Happy running everyone 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

Yes it has been a good 3 years a few injuries and a niggly. Hip but other wise fun. Definitely a good decision 🎉💐
