NRC Just a Run (30 minute easy paced recovery run)

NO, IT WASENT ON THE HORSE 😁

It was another nice morning and again , too nice not to run !

I was out of the door around 7 am and it was still a little chilly, around 3 to 4 degree's.

I still wore shorts but a long sleeved zipped top today, this is handy as the temperature goes up the zip comes down 😁

Today was the NRC Just a run .

This was a recovery run following the intervals on Wednesday.

So a nice relaxed low paced aerobic building easy run !

I went to see my friend the horse on my warmup walk as I noticed him stood at the gate 😁

Not much else to report !

Just a no pressure relaxed and enjoyable run .

Back home stretches done and porridge downed 😁

My plan is for a longer run on Sunday 🤞

Yes it does , he's always there when I start my warmup 😁Oh the treadmill was always going to be a 2nd option for when I can't get out 😁

Sounds like a lovely run Ian. Well done 👏We actually ran a very similar distance and pace today but I jeffed mine.I want to do a longer run on Sunday, but will probably be shorter than yours.

Yes I enjoyed it 😁👍The horse is just about a minute walk from my house so I usually see him .

Sometime I see him being ridden on the road by his owner 😁

He relaxes me before I run !
