The last laugh 😁 is on me....Bb was at an unbelievable 93 at 6.30....so I got up and ran! Beautiful early morning, fresh air and bright ☀, flowers up, a muntjac running across my path, not a soul in sight for the whole hour...pure bliss. The photos reflect the beauty of it. 7k done and dusted, think that's week 4 of the plan. Thank you for all the responses to the BB question. I shall carry on ignoring it mainly and switch off the world service at night. Especially before a run day....maybe even reduce red 🍷.... ( but maybe not!)

Another interesting bb observation: It charges extra fast in the hours before Radio 4 segues to World Service.

That's right.... I've noticed that it can go up between 5-10% then....very odd!

I'm sure reducing the red wine must help as the body doesn't have to deal with it!
