I’ve started a 10k indoor rowing plan (RowAlong’s 10k rowing plan).

You will need access to an indoor rower in a gym or at home, and have at least a Smartphone with YouTube to row along to the videos.
Indoor rowing is great cross-training for runners, so hoping to see some of you over there during the next weeks, whilst I also work my way through this plan.
