Who wants to join me? Virtual Indoor Rowing programme for Cross Training.

I’ve started a 10k indoor rowing plan (RowAlong’s 10k rowing plan).

So for anyone wanting to join me for some strength cross training, please do feel invited to hop over to Strength and Flex at

healthunlocked.com/strength...

You will need access to an indoor rower in a gym or at home, and have at least a Smartphone with YouTube to row along to the videos.

Indoor rowing is great cross-training for runners, so hoping to see some of you over there during the next weeks, whilst I also work my way through this plan.

I am enjoying seeing your progress with your rowing. I am not able to join you I'm sorry! I am doing a charity plank challenge though in March 🙂

I will! I'm a bit daunted by it as it's 3 minutes a day but I only did the 1 minute plank challenge on here and never progressed 🤣 I thought I'd go back to our challenge and try the 3 minute one now...build up! I have noticed my wrists stronger from planking and yoga though 👍

Brill! Yeah, me too. And I’m doing now post-row stretches of wrists and that has improved my yoga immensely! Good stuff!
