You will need access to an indoor rower in a gym or at home, and have at least a Smartphone with YouTube to row along to the videos.
Indoor rowing is great cross-training for runners, so hoping to see some of you over there during the next weeks, whilst I also work my way through this plan.

I will! I'm a bit daunted by it as it's 3 minutes a day but I only did the 1 minute plank challenge on here and never progressed 🤣 I thought I'd go back to our challenge and try the 3 minute one now...build up! I have noticed my wrists stronger from planking and yoga though 👍
