Red January

Hello what is red January keep seeing it in peoples post ?

RED January is (I believe) ‘Run Every Day’ although it is also used to define being active every day so I think the ‘run’ part can be replaced with walking, cycling, swimming etc, but I guess on here we will be sticking with the ‘run’ definition 😊

I thought I would give it a go, so eight runs down, just 23 more to go this month ! 😂😂

Yes, it's Run Every Day, except it can be anything, not just running.
