Hubby bought me the 45s for Christmas well technology and me do not get on. I managed to switch it to the run this morning so that's a start.
An improvement on yesterday 4k will try and build it up steadily. I just have to learn how to get my phone to play music now so that I dont run in silence. I have managed to download spotify but thats as far as it gets. Oh well onwards and upwards there is hope yet for teaching this old dog new tricks
I got a forerunner 45 last year and I love it and have found it really useful. However I did find the instructions weren't very helpful but I found some excellent YouTube videos that explained everything from simple set ups and onto Programming your own workouts.Have fun x

It took me ages to work out what my Garmin did too, as to the music on the phone, good luck and once you crack it have fun
I love my Garmin 45s. Best of luck with the technology. I find there is rarely something techy that can’t be explained by a YouTube video!
